New Prorated Billing Cycles For All Of Our Clients!

Starting on May 1st, 2010, Wildfire Enterprises will begin new updated prorated automatic billing cycles for all of our clients. This pertains to all clients having web hosting with us, and/or advertising subscriptions in our NJ Shore website, etc...
We have had many, many requests for quite some time now with lots of clients saying to us… “Rather than bill me in the middle or end of the month, why don’t you just bill me at the beginning of the month on the 1st, so I can pay and go over all of my bills at the same time?”
Piece meal for bills spread out all over the month, on multiple dates, is a pain in the neck as we all know and we can all do without the hassle!
If your subscription renewal(s) are due on any other day of the month other than on the 1st the month it will now be billed on the 1st of each month.
Now you may say… “Well do I now loose up to 29 days of subscription with you?” Well yes, if you do not e-mail us at support@wildfire-ent.com to bring it to our attention, so we can then credit your account for the extra days billed - in question.
But also, on another personal note: we have not raised our current rates in over 5 years, where many other businesses have!
We also continue to get through these rough financial times, just like you and your business too and so hopefully you may also put yourselves into our shoes for just a while and say... “So what are a few days off of schedule?” “It’s only a few bucks” and for that we at Wildfire would graciously thank you for the tip! J
We have, more than you could ever imagine, absorbed yearly cost increases with our own payables, such as utlity companies, data-centers, etc… and yet we still have kept our pricing the same, even after 5 years of the same pricing without one single increase.
So there’s the scoop and we have listened to you as always and we will continue to do so. That’s our continued promise here at Wildfire Enterprises and NJ Shore Guide!
