Our Office Phone Lines Are Being Upgraded 2/3/10 To 2/5/10

Our office telephone lines are being upgraded from 2/3/10 to 2/5/10, so our telephones will be temporarily and intermittently out of service for this time period.

We will be monitoring our company's website online "Ticket Support" help center at http://wildfire-ent.com/contact-us-tickets.htm "remotely" for emergencies, potential issues, problems, help needed, billing, etc... and we will also of course be monitoring our server(s) status(s), etc... to make sure that everything stays up and running smoothly for you!

If you do need help or have a question, please go to our online ticket center http://wildfire-ent.com/contact-us-tickets.htm and fill-out a support ticket and then submit it to us.  We will reply back to you ASAP!

We will not be checking our office telephone messages whatsoever during this time, so please do not call us and try to leave a voice message, but please feel free to e-mail us via support ticket.  If you do need to talk to us by telephone, please call us this coming Monday morning on 02/8/10.  Thank you.
